Why is my card being declined?

Card payments may be declined for various reasons:

  • Your bank doesn’t allow online or international transactions (cross-border payments)
  • The data provided (card number, CVV, name) was incorrect
  • The credentials provided during the authentication process were incorrect
  • Your bank has identified unusual spending patterns and has blocked the transaction to protect you
  • The balance on your card is insufficient, or you have reached your daily spending limit
  • Your card is not supported on our website
  • A technical error occurred
