What if I don’t receive a booking confirmation email after being charged?
If you haven’t received a booking confirmation email, there are several possible explanations:
- The confirmation ended up in your spam folder instead of your inbox
- You entered the wrong email address when making the booking
- Your inbox is full
- It’s taking us a little longer than usual to process your booking
If over an hour has passed since you booked and you still can’t find a confirmation in your inbox or spam folder, please contact us.
